Dibens secures podium finish in Chicago
Julie Dibens secured another podium finish when she came third in the Accenture Chicago Triathlon.
She came home in 2:01.47, behind Emma Snowshill and Becky Lavelle, who were first and second respectively in 1:59.45 and 2:01.24.
She just managed to hold off 2006 race winner Sam Mcglone, who made a later surge for the line, but ended up a second behind Julie.
British athlete Leanda Cave, who does some of her training at the University of Bath, came sixth.
Julie returns to action at the LA Triathlon on 9th September.
