Swimming action returns with Team Bath Grand Prix
University of Bath swimmers are aiming to feature prominently at the annual Team Bath Swimming Grand Prix and Age Group Meet, which takes place this weekend. 
Swimmers in action at the meet will include New Zealander Te Rina Taite (right), who finished sixth overall in the women’s rankings en route to the University of Bath’s impressive victories at the British Universities short course championships two weeks ago.
Kieran Locke (below), who set two Virgin Isles records at the BUSA championships, will also be in action, while Chris Cozens, who has represented England at two Commonwealth Games, goes in the 50m and 100m freestyle and 50m butterfly.

Sarah Paton, who was in outstanding form to win the 1500m freestyle at the BUSA championships by almost 25 seconds, returns to action in a variety of events, opening up with the 200m individual medley heats in the opening session of the meet.
The British contingent of Bath-based swimmers competing at the grand prix also includes talented teenagers Charlie Barnes, Alex Warren, Simon Rex and Mike Oram.
The meet gets underway in the 50m pool at the University of Bath’s Sports Training Village on Friday (30th November) and concludes on Sunday (2nd December). Sessions are at 10am, 1pm and 4pm on Friday, 10am, 1.15pm and 4pm on Saturday and 10am, 12.45pm and 3.30pm on Sunday.
