Janne completes golden hat-trick
TeamBath swimmer Janne Schaefer completed a terrific hat-trick by winning the 50m breaststroke gold for the third year in a row at the European Short Course Championships.
The 26-year-old University of Bath student won the title for the first time in Italy in 2005 and followed that up with gold in Helsinki last year.

Schaefer (pictured), who is studying for an MSc in Management at the University of Bath, had to battle hard to complete her impressive hat-trick in Debrecen, Hungary last night (Thursday).
Both Schaefer, who swims for Germany, and Russian swimmer Yuliya Efimova touched home in 30.33 seconds, both winning golds.
Fellow University of Bath swimmer Charlie Barnes, aged 16, finished sixth in her heat in the 50m breaststroke in 33.27 seconds. Sports Performance student Richard Webb, aged 20, finished seventh in his 100m breaststroke heat in 1:02.98.
