The British pair, who train at the University of Bath, will put a pair of sports broadcasters through their paces on the outdoor beach facility at the Sports Training Village.
Lucy and Zara will pass on some beach volleyball tips to 4Sport presenter Rob Walker and fellow broadcaster Jonny Saunders during the programme.
Meanwhile, rappers Rhys and Eggsy from the band Goldie Lookin Chain continue their study of the science behind sport with the help of sports science experts from the University.
This week Ryan Coombs, TeamBath performance analyst, demonstrates the EEG (electroecenograph) monitoring device which detects alpha and beta brain wave patterns.
High levels of alpha activity are associated with focused brain activity and conducive to effective skilled performance, whereas high levels of Beta activity are associated with unfocused activity and can impair athletic performance.
The EEG system gives athletes feedback on their brainwave activity and allows them to practice attaining a focused state, once athletes can manage this in a controlled laboratory setting they can begin to transfer these skills into realistic athletic contexts.
Staff from the Department of Sports Development and the School for Health demonstrated a range of cutting edge sports science programmes that are featuring on the series.
Episode 4 of 4Sport: Destination 2012 will be screened on Sunday 15th February at 08:00am and again on Channel 4+1 at 9:00am. You can also watch it online for the 28 days after transmission by clicking here.
