Boxing – Saturday night is fight night
This Saturday (20 November) boxing makes its long-awaited return to Bath with a bill at the Sports Training Village that features an English title fight.
Wiltshire’s Nick ‘Bang Bang’ Blackwell takes on York’s Harry Matthews for the vacant English middleweight belt in the headline contest.
The highly-rated 20-year-old Trowbridge boxer gets a shot at the English belt after only six professional bouts.
There is also a full supporting card.
The action takes place at the University of Bath Sports Training Village from 7pm.
Tickets start at £25, with £15 tickets available for University of Bath staff and students on production of the relevant ID.
