Biography >
Ben Rushgrove is a talented sprinter who has competed at two Paralympic Games, medalling at both.
Ben has cerebral palsy and competed in the T36 classification disability events.
His first senior international medal was a bronze in the T36 200m at the 2006 IPC World Championships in the Netherlands.
He folloewd that up two years later with silver in the T36 100m on his Paralympic Games debut in Beijing.
Voted University of Bath Sports Personality of the Year 2009, he graduated in December 2009 with a BSc (Hons) in Sports Performance.
He competed at his second Paralympic Games at London 2012 and again came home with a medal, this time taking bronze in the T36 200m final in a personal best of 24.83.
