Lee oversees the running of the Football programme at the University of Bath including the Performance Squad, U19 Academy programme and supporting and mentoring the students teams.
Lee has a large amount of experience working as a coach with the Bristol Rovers Centre of Excellence.
Lee has been coaching with performance and development groups for over almost 10 years.
