University of Bath staff, join us at the Sports Training Village on Friday 27 January to celebrate six months until the Opening Ceremony of the 2012 Olympic Games.
The University of Bath is set to play its part in the global sporting extravaganza.
Staff are welcome to attend in their lunch break, with the permission of their line manager or their own free time if they are not working that day.
Free fitness suite access 1000-1900
All staff to register at the Sports Training Village main reception. Gym staff on hand to offer induction advice.
Sessions running on the hour throughout the day include: Weight Loss, Introduction to Cardio Fitness, Intro to Free Weight Exercises.
All users must were appropriate gym kit i.e trainers/shorts/tracksuit/t-shirts.

Head Coach Mark Skimming will be on poolside between 1300 – 1400 to
offer advice.
Don’t forget 20p for your locker and please take a shower before entering
the pool.

Individual challenges in the Sports Training Village Sports Hall in the named sports.
Each challenge takes approximately five minutes each.

Membership – bring a buddy offer
If you are member of the Fitness facilities we invite you to bring along a staff colleague to the forthcoming open day. They will be able to train on the day for free.
If they enjoy their day and would like to become a regular member, they’ll pay no joining fee and get their first month for free.
As a reward for recommending your colleague, you’ll also get one month for free.
In addition, you’ll have yourself a regular training partner and someone to inspire and motivate you.
