Trio win European Cup judo medals
Team Bath judo players produced some terrific performances to win three medals at the European Cup competition in Crawley.
Tom Reed won silver in the under-81kg class. Reed lost the final in a sudden death golden score to fellow Brit Tom Davis.
Jan Gosiewski took bronze in the under-73kg class. He won six of his seven contests, beating Holland’s Richard Smit in the battle for bronze.
Megan Fletcher produced a solid performance to take bronze in the women’s under-70kg class, beating France’s Gaelle Possamai in the third/fifth place contest.
