Chris Burling - Sport Training and Development Manager
Chris joined the senior management team in 2012 and manages Team Bath’s educational and training strategy, including the provision offered by the Team Bath National Fitness Academy, working closely with Further Education colleges and overseeing scholarship programmes.
Chris followed his BSc with a period of coaching and fitness training, before qualifying as a specialist PE teacher. After achieving QTS, Chris completed an MA in Education.

Gavin Reynoldson - National Fitness Academy Manager
Gavin joined Team Bath in 2005 as a Teaching Fellow having previously worked as a Personal Trainer and Nutritional Advisor.
Since joining he has taught undergraduate human and exercise physiology, nutrition and research methods across a range of degree programmes.
He also teaches the Certificate in Fitness Instruction and Personal Training.

Peter Ladlow - Strength and Conditioning Tutor and Coach
Pete joined Team Bath in October 2008 as a sport science intern and casual strength and conditioning coach. Having previously completed his MSc in exercise physiology from Loughborough University.
Pete is UKSCA accredited and has trained many national and international athletes in his time at Team Bath with a prominent time spent in the development of young athletes.
Pete’s current role involves working part time with the National Fitness Academy as a tutor on the strength and conditioning courses.

Sarah McMillan - Programmes Coordinator
Sarah is responsible for the coordination of all sport & fitness related qualifications within the teaching team.
Sarah also works alongside the sports scholarships team acting as a Talented Athlete Lifestyle Advisor for TASS athletes as well as managing an international sports development initiative The IDEALS Zambia Project.
Rachael Hares - Talented Athlete Support Officer
Rachael joined the University of Bath as the Talented Athlete Support officer in June 2011.
She graduated from the University of Birmingham with a BSc in Sports and Exercise Science and MSc in Nutrition from Loughborough University.
Her role is to coordinate the University of Bath’s Scholarship Programme, Team Bath on the Podium Programme and the TASS scheme in the South West Hub.
