Strength & Conditioning is available to all, whether trying to get fit and healthy or trying to win Olympic Gold… our current clients fall into both categories and everywhere in between.
Our coaches offer one-to-one or group sessions to help you maximise your training and sports performance, and reduce the risk of injury. This service is increasingly popular with local sports teams and groups as well as with elite athletes.
Your coach will discuss your specific aims and goals with you before designing your service to fit your routine and budget. They will coordinate with other practitioners that you may have worked with such as Physiotherapists or Sport Scientists (whether they are ours or not) to make sure you are getting the best from your training and focussing on the right areas.
