This is a three step programme giving children the chance to develop their swimming techniques further. The aim of the programme is to take the techniques the children have developed through the programme and ensure the strokes are consistent and the children are competent in the strokes allowing children to take part in any aquatic sport of their choice from competitive swimming to surfing in Bali or windsurfing in Poole Harbour.
The programme teaches children the correct turns when swimming into the wall and the endurance of swimming over a prolonged period of time. The next step if children choose to take it is into the age group programme which takes them into the world of competitive swimming.
