Biography:

Sion is a student of the game, an intelligent player with two good feet who brings the best out of his players.

Sion is Head Coach and founded the Team Bath and University of Bath Futsal Club in 2008.

He is a former student who studied a Masters in Sports Coaching and played for Team Bath Football Club.

He has played in two World University Championships and has coached the England Futsal Development Squad.

Sion holds the UEFA ‘B’ License and the FA Youth Award. He is an FA Tutor delivering the Beginners Guide to Futsal Courses across the country.

Sion is a former semi-professional footballer and is a current Welsh Futsal International.

His successes include:

  • 2013 – FA National Midlands League Winners and BUCS Semi Finalists.
  • 2012 – BUCS Runners Up, FA National Midlands League Runners Up  and UK Futsal Plate Winners.
  • 2011 – BUCS Semi Finalists, 18th at European University Championships  and Women’s FA Futsal Cup semi finalists.
  • 2010 – Varsity Futsal Cup winners and FA Cup winners (women).
  • 2009 and 2010 – University of Bath Futsal Cup Winners.
