Williams sixth in Park City
Britain’s Amy Williams finished sixth in the penultimate round of the 2008/9 Skeleton World Cup in Park City, the USA last night (Thursday).
The result means the Bath-based athlete remains fifth overall in the series.
This season’s World Cup reaches its climax tonight (Thursday) with the final round – exactly one year to the day from the start of the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games.
A week ago Williams achieved her best World Cup result yet, taking silver on the Vancouver track that will host the 2010 Games.
