Sarah is a University of Bath Sports Performance graduate and combined her studies with judo training at Team Bath, before turning her attention to wrestling.
A fluent Welsh speaker, she was selected for the Welsh Commonwealth Games squad at both Glasgow 2014 and Delhi 2010.
In Delhi she competed at under-67kg, losing out to Scotland’s Ashlea McManus in the qualification round.
in her spare time she also enjoys playing rugby and is a qualified PT.
