Biography:
Rachel trains at British Swimming’s National Centre for Swimming here at the University of Bath.
She produced some terrific performances at the 2013 ASA Nationals, winning four medals, including a gold in the 800m freestyle in a Welsh record.
She won bronze on her open water debut at the Cyprus Open Water Swimming Marathon in Limassol in October 2013.
