South African international Lenize arrives at Team Bath as one of the most exciting young goal shooters in world netball. She only made her SPAR Proteas debut in 2014 but has been a regular ever since, winning 22 caps to date.
She featured in every match at the 2015 Netball World Cup in Australia and scored 298 times, the second-highest total at the tournament. The 21-year-old also had an impressive conversion rate of 89.5 per cent.
Lenize was part of the Gauteng Jaguars team, based at the University of Pretoria, which narrowly lost in extra-time to Karla Mostert’s Crinums side in last year’s Brutal Fruit Premier League final.
