Biography >
Beijing 2008 Olympian Kris Gilchrist trains at the British Swimming Intensive Training Centre (ITC) at the University of Bath.
He transferred to train at Bath in 2010 after two years training in Paris. Before that he studied Sport & Exercise Science with Psychology at Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh, where he lived and trained until 2008.
Kris represented GB at 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing finishing 13th in the 200m breaststroke and 27th in the 100m breaststroke. He reached both the 100m and 200m breaststroke finals swimming for Scotland at the Delhi 2010 Commonwealth Games.
