Biography:
Lawrence, formerly coached by Malcolm Arnold at the University of Bath, established himself as one of Britain’s top hurdlers, producing some terrific displays at the London 2012 Olympics to finish just outside the medals in fourth place.
Two years earlier he collected bronze at the Delhi Commonwealth Games where he was part of an England one-two-three behind Andy Turner and William Sharman.
Lawrence also took gold in the 110m hurdles at the 2009 European Junior Championships in Serbia and bronze at the 2011 European Under-23 Championships in the Czech Republic.
An Old Etonian who has a degree in Theology from Bristol University, he began studying for an MSc in Management at the University of Bath in September 2013.
