Biography:
When not at university he is based in South Wales. He has been skiing since he could stand on skis, and orienteering since five, but started taking orienteering more seriously when he joined the Welsh Junior Squad at 13, and has since represented GB at the Junior Worlds in Sweden in 2008, having missed the 2007 championships in Australia due to a stress fracture.
He took a year out of university for the 2008/2009 season, to aid the transition from Junior to Senior, and has since been selected to run the long distance race at the World Orienteering Championships in Hungary this August.
In previous years he has won the British U16 Mountain Running Championships, and represented Wales at both the Senior and Junior World Mountain Running Trophy. He is also the current World Winter Triathlon 20-24 Age Group World Champion, and was also selected to ski for GB at the World U23 Cross Country Ski Championships in 2009.
