Scottish-born Joanna started modern pentathlon at the age of 15. She established herself as a modern pentathlon athlete following a background of competing in tetrathlons and is a University of Bath graduate having studied Sports Performance on campus.
Joanna sits on Team Bath’s Athlete Forum because she wants to do her bit to help ensure the University of Bath’s outstanding sporting facilities remain this way. She believes it is important to have athlete representatives from every sport as it then gives everyone an opportunity to express any concerns they may have within the facility.
