Team Bath’s Summer Boot Camp gets underway on Monday 20 May – giving you an opportunity to shed some bodyfat and look in great shape ahead of the summer holidays.
Sessions will run outdoors using a mixture of strength and high intensity training methods that are hugely effective for burning bodyfat.
The sessions are priced at £40 for a month – that covers three sessions a week throughout the following four weeks, concluding on 21 June.
We have sessions for beginners and advanced sessesions, and they run at different times of the day to suit your lifestyle.
For people who currently train infrequently/ or once per week.
Mornings – Monday/Wednesday/Friday – 7.15-8am
Lunchtimes – Monday/Wednesday/Friday – 12.15-1pm
For people who train at least twice per week.
Evenings – Tuesdays/Thursdays/Fridays – 5.45-6.30
Mornings – Monday/Wednesday/Friday – 7.15 – 8am
