Biography >
Emily was competing in the National Clubs league in 2005 when she ruptured her Anterior Cruciate Ligament.
Emily moved to Bath to study pharmacy at the University of Bath.
After surgery and a year of rehab she was selected to compete in the University First Team, Toucans Premier Legaue Squad and Team Bath Youth superleague squad and was selected for Celtic Dragons Superleague Squad the following season.
Emily captained the English Universities Team at the British University Games and was selected to be part of the British Universities Squad.
Unfortunately at the end of 2009 she re-ruptured her cruciate ligament and needed further surgery.
During this time she completed her Masters in Pharmacy and qualified as a hospital pharmacist, before returning to Bath in 2010.
Emily is now working as a full time Hospital Pharmacist, balancing work commitments with training to compete in the Premier League and National Superleague.
