Billy captained the Team Bath teams that won the 2004 Super Cup and also the first two years of the Superleague in 2006 and 2007.

She was a member of Team Bath’s coaching team in 2013 before returning to action as a player for the 2014 campaign.

She played for Wales at the Manchester Commonwealth Games in 2002 and at the 2003 World Championships in Jamaica, captaining the side that finished eighth at the Melbourne 2006 Commonwealths. She followed in the footsteps of her elder sisters Edel and Imelda, who both played for Wales.

At 35 years of age, after six years away from the ZEO Netball Superleague during which she had two children, Billy returned to the court with Team Bath for the 2013/2014 season.
