Biography:
Stacey was part of every Team Bath Superleague title-winning side (2006, 2007, 2009, 2010 and 2013). She joined the squad in 2005 and was Team Bath’s longest-serving player before she joined Yorkshire Jets in 2015. Back in 2006 she was the youngest member of the squad to win the inaugural competition when just 17.
Known for her athleticism, the explosive defender continues to sparkle on the international scene. Away from the court she continues to develop a career path in PR working for Criteo as an Advisor.
Stacey was named national Superleague Player of the Year for the 2011 and 2013 season.
Stacey has a degree in Sports Performance from the University of Bath. She attained her first senior international cap a year after being in the squad on 1 September 2010 in Jamaica and has since gone to amass multiple England caps.
Her father, Kevin, is a former professional footballer who played for Birmingham City, Derby County, Exeter City, Hull City, Oxford United and Stockport County.
