Laura will make her Winter Olympic Games debut at PyeongChang 2018 after firmly establishing herself as one of the world’s top skeleton athletes in recent years.

An all-round sportswoman who impressed at eventing, tetrathlon, netball and hockey, Laura got into skeleton through the Girls4Gold talent identification scheme in 2009 and narrowly missed out on selection for Sochi 2014.

The following year saw Laura take giant strides forward as she won World Cup gold, silver and bronze, as well as finish seventh at the 2015 World Championships. Further World Cup podium finishes have followed and she finished the 2016-17 season ranked sixth in the overall standings.
