Biography: A club legend at Bath Rugby, Iestyn Lewis is a familiar name from British rugby union during the amateur era.

He played at The Rec from 1989 to 1993, winning the Pilkington Cup in 1990 and 1992 and the league title in 1991, 1992 and 1993.

He studied Structural Engineering at the University of Bath and Computer Science at the University of Cambridge, juggling his rugby career with working in the engineering and construction industry.

Iestyn is also a Middlesex sevens winner. After leaving Bath in 1993, he began playing for Swansea.

After hanging up his playing boots, he came back to Bath to train the University’s rugby players.
