Biography: James played for Bath Rugby from 2003 to 2006 and during that time he studied here at the University of Bath, graduating in 2004 with an honours degree in Biochemistry.
A passionate sports nutritionist, when he’s not rustling up delicious, healthy meals in his kitchen, he’ll be storming around a Premiership rugby pitch.
A lock with over 125 appearances in the English Premiership, James has been capped by England Saxons and played for some of the biggest names in the game, particularly down here in West Country.
Starting his career at Bath, he later moved on to London Irish and then Newcastle Falcons, where he was club captain, before returning to this region in the summer of 2013 when he signed for Gloucester Rugby.
