The latest group fitness classes timetable has been announced today and it features some new classes.
X-Biking and Abs Attack will have new sessions on Mondays, with additional X-biking classes in midweek.
At Team Bath we typically offer 48 studio fitness classes a week, including X-Biking, abs attack, yoga, zumba, kettlercise, beach circuits, pilates and more.
