A trio of University of Bath-based London 2012 Paralympians produced impressive results at the Fazza International Athletics Competition in Dubai.

Paul Blake, a double medallist at London 2012, smashed his personal best in the T36 100m with a new best of 12.58 seconds.  That put the 400m and 800m specialist second.  Blake also took bronze in the T36/37/38 400m final.

Sophie Kamlish won a pair of bronze medals in combined T37/38/44/46 class competitions over 100m and 200m

Katrina Hart took silver in the T37/38 100m final, beating London 2012 T37 bronze medallist Neda Bahi of Tunisia into third and Germany’s T36 bronze medallist Maria Seifert into fourth.

Coach Rob Ellchuk said: “They were fantastic results across the board and we were very happy with them.”
