Fresher Fiona relishing Scotland chance

University of Bath fresher Fiona Burnet is hoping to make her senior hockey debut for Scotland in the forthcoming three-game series against Germany. University of Bath based badminton player Jess Hopton is celebrating a double triumph at the Swiss Junior Open in Basel. Hopton won the under-19 women’s singles title and joined forces with Lydia Powell to win the doubles. University of Bath-based swimmers Siobhan-Marie O'Connor and Chris Walker-Hebborn have been selected for the British team to compete at the FINA Short Course World Championships in Doha later this year.
