Jess, who plays at wing-attack or centre, joined the Blue and Gold from former Superleague franchise Yorkshire Jets in 2016.
Injury delayed her debut but she came back strongly in the second half of the season to help Team Bath secure their place in the Final Four. Her excellent form also earned Jess a place in the England U21 squad for the 2017 Netball World Youth Cup in Botswana, where the Roses won a brilliant bronze medal.
Jess, younger sister of Rachel, was one of the first players to be selected for the full-time England Netball world-class training programme launched in the summer of 2016.
