VIDEO: Feel the burn with this ripping ‘squat to upright row’ home workout

In the second of our home workout videos, Team Bath trainer Sam Holmes demonstrates one of his favourite exercises from his regular burn fitness class.

The squat to upright row, otherwise known as a rip, is guaranteed to get your heart rate up. Don’t worry if you don’t have a kettlebell or dumbbell at home, simply use a bottle of water or any another similarly-weighted object to hand.
