VIDEO: Do a HIIT class at home with these five high-intensity exercises

In our latest home workout video, Team Bath trainer Georgina Horsham-Batley demonstrates five high-intensity interval training exercises you can do on their own or as part of a HIIT circuit in your own living room.

All the exercises – mountain climber, burpees, split squats, tricep dips and squat jumps – can be performed in minimal space and with no equipment, just a table or chair to support your leg against.

They are guaranteed to help you get a sweat on and keep moving, so give them a go!
