Kettlebell home workout and a gentle mobility routine among another packed week of ‘Stay In, Work Out’ fitness activities

Our ‘Stay In, Work Out’ fitness timetable is back for a third week, providing you with several great opportunities to get active for the next seven days.

Join Team Bath trainer Sam Holmes for live exercise classes, from his home to yours, on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, and check out our new home workout videos including a full kettlebell class and a gentle mobility and warm-up routine to start your day.

Matt Gleed, master trainer for Team Bath Gym suppliers Matrix Fitness, is also running live classes on Tuesday and Thursday, and there are several wellbeing sessions from our colleagues at The Edge arts centre that you can join in on weekdays.

And if you are a netball player or fan, don’t miss the free strength and conditioning session with Team Bath Netball‘s Superleague stars on Tuesday evening, live via their Facebook page.
