FitBall Fitness sessions and a fresh-air HIIT workout among our free Stay In, Work Out activities for May 26-31 half-term week

If you have a FitBall (or Swiss ball) at home, we have plenty of workout opportunities coming up for you in the week ahead as part of our free Stay In, Work Out online fitness timetable

Team Bath trainer Sam Holmes will be demonstrating some basic FitBall exercises in a new home workout video on Tuesday before leading a new FitBall exercise class on Thursday lunchtime – one of five guided sessions being streamed live on our YouTube channel this week (all are available to watch again afterwards).

We also have a fresh-air HIIT routine that you can try out, either in the garden or park, and help you get active while enjoying the forecast good weather during this half-term week.
