Outdoor circuits class and new fitness challenges among our free Stay In, Work Out activities for June 1-7

Week 10 of our free Stay In, Work Out online fitness activities is here, providing more inspirational and motivational ways for you to keep active and look after your wellbeing as we move into a new month.

Team Bath trainer Sam Holmes is taking a well-deserved break this week but he has recorded a host of new ‘as live’ fitness sessions for the week ahead, including a HIIT exercise class on Monday and an outdoor circuits session on Wednesday.

There are also two new home workouts to try – a walk-out push-up challenge and a circuit session using plastic milk bottles as weights.

And there are the regular favourites including the Tuesday night Team Bath Netball training session with Rachel Shaw and six live exercise classes from Matrix Fitness UK master-trainer Matt Gleed.
