Improve your flexibility and strength with a deep dive into yoga poses on our Stay In, Work Out timetable for July 13-19

Building flexibility and strength through yoga poses are among the new fitness activities available on our online exercise timetable for July 13-19, 2020. 

This week’s double dose of yoga workshops from Team Bath trainer Danii Bachkirov – released on Monday and Friday – look at the fire log and plank poses in depth, and why they can be an effective part of your workout regime.

He also leads a new yoga class on Thursday morning, while fellow trainer Sam Holmes is live with an abs & back conditioning class at 5pm on Monday and his ever-popular HIIT session at 9am on Friday. After its successful launch last week, there is also a new Target Cycling class to look forward to on Wednesday – a great way to get the most out of your exercise bike at home.

Add in the six live body-weight workouts from Matrix Fitness UK master-trainer Matt Gleed, the third episode of our Wellness Wednesday podcast series on improving your sleep and the brilliant interactive gymnastics, dance and flexibility sessions with Team Bath Rhythmic Gymnastics and there is no excuse for not getting active!
