Head into the Christmas break on a high with our free fitness and wellbeing sessions for University of Bath students and staff
It may be the last full week of free fitness and wellbeing sessions for University of Bath students and staff ahead of the Christmas break but there is plenty to keep both body and mind active as we move into December.
As well as the regular wide range of fun, interactive classes like Dance Fit, Zumba, Barre Fluid, HIIT and kettlebells, plus daily mindfulness sessions with Meditation Rocks, there are also two informative seminars from University of Bath psychologists looking at the effect of technology on mental health and the importance of sleep to wellbeing.
There are also two Wellbeing Essentials for Students sessions on Wednesday and Friday from Bath Mind, exploring how to talk to others about mental health and find support.
