Helping you stay fit and active – join our motivational instructors for virtual exercise classes, free to members, students and staff
Team Bath’s virtual timetable of exercise classes and wellbeing sessions is returning to keep you active during lockdown – and it is free to access for Team Bath members and University of Bath students and staff.
The fun and interactive sessions, running six days a week and streamed live on Zoom (click here to download), will allow you to keep working out from your own home under the guidance and motivation of familiar faces from the Team Bath Gym & Fitness Centre.
Non-members will also be able to join in on a pay-as-you-go basis, with sessions in the first week – starting on Monday, January 11 – including HIIT, body conditioning, pilates and yoga. More sessions will be added in the coming weeks.
How to take part
• Team Bath members – you will receive an email over the weekend with links to the sessions, so check your inboxes.
• University of Bath students and staff – click here to view the class links (this page is only accessible to people with bath.ac.uk email addresses).
• Non-members – individual classes can be booked via Connect, our online booking system – click here to find out more. When booking, please remember to copy the Zoom link in the description.
The waiting room for each class will open 15 minutes before the start time and the instructor will allow people in when the class goes live. Once it is under way, no more admissions will be possible.
