Team Bath looking for festive flourish as they take on Leeds Beckett in last BUCS Super Rugby match of 2022

14 December 2022

Team Bath will look to go into the Christmas break on a suitably high note as they take on Leeds Beckett in their last BUCS Super Rugby game of 2022.

The Bath Building Society-sponsored men’s 1st XV sit second in the table going into today’s match, which will now take place at the Shaftesbury Park home of Dings Crusaders RFC in Bristol at 2pm due to the freezing conditions.

There are just two changes to the line-up that started last week’s hard-earned 27-21 win at Cardiff, with Bath Rugby Academy player Ethan Staddon returning to the back row and Sam Kennaugh starting at outside centre.

It is the second meeting between the teams this season, with Team Bath winning 24-5 in Yorkshire back in October but Leeds have shown plenty of signs of improvement in recent weeks.

Entry to the game is free, click here for directions to the ground.
