Sarah is a University of Bath Sports Performance graduate and combined her studies with judo training at Team Bath, before turning her attention to wrestling.
A fluent Welsh speaker, she was selected for the Welsh Commonwealth Games squad at both Glasgow 2014 and Delhi 2010.
