Catherine Evans – Facilities Sales and Development Manager

Catherine joined Team Bath in 1999 and is responsible for leading the Facilities Sales & Development Team, which manages the booking and use of the various facilities at the Sports Training Village such as the athletics tracks, badminton and tennis courts, swimming pool and sports hall. They ensure the facility needs of the University student and staff body, the requirements of our NGB [National Governing Body] partners and those of our internal departments are all accommodated.

The team also has a strong external focus and works closely with non-resident NGBs, Team Bath partner and community clubs, schools and other organisations across the South West of England and further afield, managing both ad hoc and regular bookings along with events and training camp related activity.

Catherine comes from a fitness-related background and studied Sports Science at the University of Liverpool before managing a fitness club in Southampton.

Previously a competitive gymnast, she now keeps fit through running, Bootcamp classes and chasing around after her daughter!
