I’ve been involved in different types of movement practices such as dance and climbing since early childhood. I first stepped into the gym back in 2010 and haven’t had the desire to stop doing so since! It didn’t take long to recognise the benefits I reaped both physically and psychologically.
Working for and with people has always been my biggest passion and purpose, so it only made sense to connect these two. Since acquiring my Personal Trainer qualifications in 2018, I’ve been coaching a wide range of clients – both beginners and experienced – as well as running workshops and classes in a variety of settings including gyms, care homes, retreats and studios all over Europe and the UK.
My diverse background rooted in holistic approach reflects in both my training and coaching. I emphasise individuality, inclusivity and accessibility in everything I offer, assisting my clients on their journey of transformation on many levels – physical being just one of them.
