I am a personal trainer and group exercise instructor who was raised in Kwa Zulu Natal, South Africam and moved to the UK in 2000. I am former professional dancer and have a broad fitness background in sport and gymnastics.
I will motivate you and provide the tools you need in order to understand how to achieve your goals and empower you to embrace a fitness and wellbeing lifestyle.
In order to do this we’ll focus firstly on your mind as thoughts, movement patterns and consistency are keys to achieving your goals.
My fitness and wellbeing programmes cover:
- Movement patterns;
- Strength training;
- Bodyweight training;
I also specialise in the original Zumba and STRONG by Zumba programmes.
