Martin Burrows – Physiotherapist

Primary responsibilities: Provides physiotherapy services to a range of sports at Team Bath including triathlon, swimming, judo, netball, athletics and badminton, while also working closely with on-site National Governing Bodies and the Talented Athlete Scholarship Scheme (TASS). Martin is also contracted with British Swimming and has worked with athletes who have competed at the Olympic Games.

Previous experience: Martin qualified as a Physiotherapist from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2012. Prior to working at Team Bath, Martin worked in the NHS as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist and for various private practices.

Martin, who is currently studying for an MSC in Sports and Exercise Physiotherapy at Cardiff University, is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and an associate member of the UK Strength & Conditioning Association (UKSCA).
