About Matt

With nearly four years worth of experience at the Team Bath Gym & Fitness Centre, I have a significant amount of knowledge and experience within personal training, in addition to identifying the most effective ways of achieving my clients’ goals.

I have worked with and helped people who want to achieve weight loss, gain muscle mass and improve mobility, as well as those who suffer from mental health problems and disabilities. I have also worked with performance athletes at Team Bath.

  • Level 3 Personal Training.
  • Circuits instructor.
  • HND Sport & Exercise Science.
  • TRX conditioning.
  • Hatton Boxing.
  • Olympic Weightlifting Level 1.
