About Tom

After more than five years’ experience in the fitness industry, I have been fortunate enough to work with a variety of clients and professionals that has led me to profoundly expand my training methodology and techniques. I thrive off watching people achieve and surprise themselves with their true capability.

My experiences range from working with Strength & Conditioning coaches, Olympic Weightlifters, Powerlifters, Bodybuilder, CrossFit and internationally competitive athletes. All this has allowed me to challenge myself with my approaches to Personal Training.
