Stephen Baddeley – Director of Sport

Caroline Searle – Communications Consultant

Caroline is a University of Bath graduate and now consults for the Senior Management Team across Team Bath’s PR, marketing, website and media relations strands through a consultancy agreement with Matchtight Ltd, of which she is Managing Director. She has extensive contacts and experience within the spheres of sports, event management, news, sports marketing and leisure consumer media, as well as with national single-sport and multi-sport organisations.

Ron Stewart – Sports Facilities Manager
