Free Womxn event in Team Bath Gym

A Womxn gym session for women at Team Bath Gym.

Open to Team Bath Gym members and non-members alike, women will have free and exclusive use of Gyms 2&3 from 4.30pm to 7.30pm – and are invited to join in the following group exercise classes and workshops too:

  • 4.30-5.15pm: Cykl with Jess (Spin Studio) – a twist to your normal spin classes. High energy, moving in time to the beat of the music with choreography incorporated into the workout.
  • 4.30-6pm: Powerlifting with Ella (Gym 2) – learn the basics and techniques for the three main lifts in powerlifting, as well as how to overcome any barriers.
  • 5.30-6pm: Conditioning class with Angel (Gym 3) – a dynamic class designed to work and challenge the whole body. Incorporating bodyweights and cardio together to give you a fun but hard workout.
  • 5.30-6.15pm: Dance class with Jess (Group Exercise Studio) – a fun and upbeat class following along to different dances. Think of it as a real-life Just Dance.
  • 6-7.30pm: Training techniques with Seren (Gym 2) – learn how to optimise and advance your training with different systems and techniques.

Book a place on the classes and workshops through our Connect system (click here to find out more) or simply turn up between 4.30-7.30pm for free use of the gym.
